THE 4 MUST-DOs FOR EVERY STUNT GROUP

Have you heard the quote “Success depends on your backbone, not your wishbone” ? Even better question, have you realized that YOU are the backbone of your stunt group? If you didn’t realize it before – it is time for a little confidence boost because back spots, you have an essential role in stunting. Yes, back spots I am talking to you. (but remember, back spot or not – whatever your position on the team, YOU have an integral role and should proud of what you bring to your team!)

This week’s #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY is a powerful one and focused on helping you advance your stunt group by building shoulder strength and core strength.

You see, you want to strengthen your shoulders because these muscles play a key role into powering up that stunt. Oh, but even more importantly, you want to strengthen your core too! Your core is your powerhouse and the stronger your core is, the better your stunting is.

So, as your favorite cheer fitness trainer would, I put together my favorite shoulder strengthening, core sculpting combo exercises to help you get those results you are looking for.

Although this workout is super important for back spots, it is perfect for the entire stunt group and all my fitness enthusiast friends out there who want to rock a cheer bod’.

Now let’s get our sweaty glow on – it’s #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY time! For this week, we’ve got 4 main exercises that I want you to complete for 60 seconds each and repeat the circuit 3 times.
