Well hello there!
I want to start off this blog post by taking a deep breath to focus, refocus and refresh. Between all the competition hype this weekend (Majors 2016, UCA College Nationals, local competitions, etc…), chances are we could all use a little rest and relaxation action.
It is important to reflect on each competition and learn from it (similar to what we did in the new year). Additionally, it is just as important to keep those spirits high and keep that ‘I am awesome’ attitude going strong!
As cheerleaders, chances are we all have at least one thing in common – we are all pretty positive people!
But as we go through the season I am sure you are faced with some difficult times that chip away at that positive vibe…
Whether you missed that ending pyramid, you were off a count or 2 in that choreography, or you just didn’t bring your ‘A’ game to the last competition – the season can sure take a toll on cheerleaders (both physically and mentally).
And that is exactly why I created this unbelievably effective no equipment workout to help YOU feel awesome!
This is a perfect workout to bring to your team! Instead of practicing that routine over and over again, switch it up! Ramp up the energy by getting your weekly Wednesday cheerFIT workout on.

Compete each exercise for 60 seconds and repeat this circuit 4 times.

5.) Just breath! Take 60 seconds everyday (preferably right when you wake up) to set your goals for the day, plan your workouts, and make everyday awesome.
