A stunt group that SWEATS together…WINS together!  This week’s #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY is designed to help you your entire stunt group get #cheerfitstrong! This week’s workout focuses on flexibility for flyers, shoulder and core strength for backs, leg strength for bases, and cardio for endurance for all!
