CHEERFIT AMBASSADOR FEATURE: RACHAEL LEWIS

The CHEERFIT ambassador community is filled with leaders and motivators who all share a passion for fitness, love for cheering and drive to help inspire others.

Our ambassadors share with us their personal stories and obstacles they overcome along the way. We have an amazing community of athletes who fuel their passion and determination with the CHEERFIT lifestyle.

CAN YOU SHARE WITH US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY AND HOW YOU GOT TO WHERE YOU ARE TODAY?

I went through a whole lot to get where I am today, and motivation and fitness is what helped me overcome those rough times.

I was once injured at a cheer competition my second year of cheer, I pulled four different muscles throughout my leg and I couldn’t cheer for several months because I almost needed surgery. I was really upset that I had to sit out from cheer and once my team got a fill in I was terrified. I was very motivated to heal so thats exactly what I did. I stretched, exercised, went to physical therapy every week and then after a few months, I was back to cheering and now I’m getting fit and I’m very happy with my body.

I LOVE CHEERFIT ! 💜

I believe that anyone can make a goal and eventually achieve it! I made a goal when I was 6 or 7 years old to cheer at Rockstar cheer Greenville, look where I am now. . .13 years old, and guess what – I cheer at Rockstar now!


I have set a new goal because I feel that everyone should always have a goal.


My new goal is to be on the world’s team, Beatles!

I go to the cheer gym as much as I can because even though the season just started I’m already getting ready for next season!

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS? 

My team was 2x national champions & 1x international champs and I have made it to the d2 summit.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING A CHEERFIT AMBASSADOR?

I get to meet new cheerleaders from all over and I get great opportunities!

BEING AN AMBASSADOR HELPED ME. . .

. . .get fit and stay to a routined workout. It has taught me confidence and to strive for my goals and achieve!

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO TELL OTHERS WHO WANT TO BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?

Being a CHEERFIT ambassador is totally worth it!

• Medals / lanyards from past competitions

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISE?

No favorites. I’m happy with any exercise!
