CAN YOU SHARE WITH US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY AND HOW YOU GOT TO WHERE YOU ARE TODAY?

I have been a competitive cheerleader for four years now. cheerleading is my passion. It isn’t always easy though, I went through a five month period that I thought I was done cheering, I was burnt out, tired, and I felt like I wasn’t good enough. Thats when I found the gym that I am in now. I have the best coaches that believe in me and inspire me to be the best I can be everyday.

I love to help out with out community service program at the gym called Soco Serves. We do walks and donations and whatever the community needs we try to help out.

I have always done competitive cheer and played on a competitive softball team all while keeping straight A’s at school and making the  honor roll.

I am new to CHEERFIT but I can not wait to get started!!!

TURBO LUNGES

WHY THIS EXERCISE IS AWESOME: This exercise works really gives you that that turbo POWER you need to hurdle, rebound, set, and improve! In order to master your tumbling you need a powerful start..from the beginning! With a powerful hurdle you can be sure to have the speed, strength, and confidence to rock any skill!

This exercises really focus on leg strength, cardio and endurance – a perfect recipe to master that tumbling. Do 15 reps x 3 rounds

WANT TO REALLY TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL: Now, that you’ve mastered the TURBO part, you also want to focus on upper body, core, and shoulder strength to give you that extra push. And this CHEERFIT exercise is your go to!

Today we have put together your ultimate workout guide to ADVANCE your tumbling skills! Yes! We are focusing on power boosting and body strengthening exercises designed to give you the upper body strength, lower body power and confidence you need to take that tumbling to the next level!
