Hi Flyers! Today is your day, we are sharing our favorite fit tips and exercises for you! As a flyer, I know it can be tough being the one the crowd sees if a stunt drops or something doesn’t go quite right. But what if I told you I can help you overcome that fear and help you and your stunt group advance those stunting skills with perfection?

Each exercise in your Workout Wednesday today is designed to advance flexibility, boost confidence, improve body control, and get #cheerfitstrong! Are you tired of being tired when your coach yells FULL OUT? CAN YOU SHARE WITH US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY AND HOW YOU GOT TO WHERE YOU ARE TODAY?

Since the age of 4, I have been in love with cheerleading. Now at 13, my passion for cheer has never stopped. Through bruises, broken bones, cuts and scrapes, there has never been a time cheer has not been my outlet in this world. Growing up I was bullied a lot and it was cheering that taught me how to be confident, not only in the abilities I have but also in the greatness I possess on my own. 


CHEERFIT came into my life as a great blessing, not just in helping me grow physically, but also allowing me to grow mentally. 


So even if I am bullied, I know that I am a great person and I actually want to give love to those people who are bullies so they can assist in building others up instead of trying to pull them down. CHEERFIT came into my life as a great blessing, not just in helping me grow physically, but also allowing me to grow mentally. 

Through CHEERFIT, I am seeing that I can do things I never expected to do and that every ounce of hard work I put into something will be shown in the results. And those results will be out of this world!

Being part of the CHEERFIT family has taught me to be truly CHEERFIT strong in all aspects of life. Never forget to be a friend, work hard, and never fear anything thrown at you because you are strong enough to make it * and most importantly THRIVE!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING A CHEERFIT AMBASSADOR?

My favorite part of being a CHEERFIT ambassador is seeing that I can do things I never expected to do and that every ounce of hard work I put into something will be shown in the results. And those results will be out of this world! I love being a CHEERFIT Ambassador.
