Listen up – I get comments all the time about how people just don’t have the time to work out. I hear it from busy moms, from people with active work schedules and active social lives. It is hard some days.

If you are an athlete, you know how important it is to stay mentally focused. Staying mentally focused helps with confidence to perform your very best. When you doubt yourself, you will become more nervous. Your adrenaline will not work in your favor, but against you. Most of these issues are all in your head. You need to believe in yourself. In today’s society I feel like educating our children on the dangers of bullying from early on is necessary. Playing a team sport is a great way to get kids to bond.
