The Power Of Stretching

Ahhh yes the power of stretching! Yes read that again, the POWER OF STRETCHING!

Why is it that stretching is usually the one thing everyone forgets about or thinks – eh I don’t need to do that. EH WRONG! Stretching is so important – both mentally and physically. Not only does stretching help increase your range of motion (yes makes you more flexible) but it also helps prevent injury AND strengthens your mind as well.

That’s right – stretching can help clear your mind, give you that ‘me moment’ and energize you in a whole new way. So let’s get those good vibes flowin’!
