In today’s cheer world, routines are more advanced, tumbling is more extreme and stunts are more intense – our cheerleaders are pushing their bodies to the limit. HOW DOES THE MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP WORK?
We get it, things come up. If you have to reschedule your check-in time, just email your cheer fitness coach (48 hours in advance) and offer optional times that would work.Together you will find a time that works best to check-in.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIGN UP?
Once you sign up you will receive a welcome email from Danielle herself – your very own personal trainer and motivator! This email will tell you all about the awesome program and get you started pronto!

  • Step 1: The welcome email will fill you in on the program details, allow you to schedule a time for your initial consultation and to meet your cheer fitness trainer (online). How exciting!
  • Step 2: Once you confirm your consultation time and method via phone or skype) you will connect with your cheer fitness trainer to review fitness level, workout goals and activity level. This is your time to ask your trainer anything!
  • Step 3: At this time, you will also confirm your weekly check in times (a 15 min. session that is blocked off each week for you and your fitness coach to personally touch base (via phone or skype).
  • Step 4: In addition to your weekly check-ins you will also receive a brand new workout (every Sunday), motivation tips (every Wednesday) and fit tips (every Friday).
  • Step 5:  Transformation time! You’ve got the tools, the support, and the motivation – let’s make this the best few months ever! Are you ready? Let’s Go!
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
You do not need a gym or any gym equipment.All routines are focused on using body weight resistance and intervals to sweat it out – cheerFIT Style! All you need is a little motivation and we are here to guide you every step of the way.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Because you are able to download all the materials, the Service is non-refundable. Before purchasing this product, check all the information on the cheerfittraining.com and if you have any questions, please email us at motivation@cheerfittraining.com.  
UGH, IF I HAVE TO CANCEL HOW DOES THAT WORK?
No hard feelings!

  • Month-to Month Memberships- Simply send an email to motivation@cheerfittraining and your last payment will have been your last. **In order for this payment to be your last, you must cancel 10 days before billing cycle ends. Cancellations made 10 days within last billing cycle, will be billed 1 last time.
  • 6 Month Membership- Your membership term will be 6 months from the date of purchase. You cannot cancel early and you will still be provided access to the programs until your 6 months expires.
DISCLAIMER: As with any exercise program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety by following the cheerFIT fitness program. Any form of exercise can cause injuries if the exercises are performed incorrectly, and cheerFIT is no exception.
