DID YOU SAY YOU NEEDED A LITTLE POWER?

Welcome back to another weekly workout edition of your print and go workout! This week we are focused on that P-O-W-E-R! I know, we all need a little boost now and then, right! Nope not a mid afternoon power boost with coffee or energy drink – I want you to power up with ME and our weekly Wednesday workout! Join us this week to build that power we need to help our tumbling (cheer friends), give us that energy and keep going #cheerFIT strong all day long. Now, my #1 request I’ve gotten (which is why I created this workout – just for you!) is that you want to get more out of your tumbling. I hear ya – we all want to set higher, tuck faster or pull that full – AND if you aren’t a cheerleader, join us and benefit form the power boostin’ energy loving excitement that you will feel after completing this workout!
