CHEERFIT offers a personal training service that provides cheer specific workouts to you and your entire team – online, for one price (that can be divided amongst the team), you and your entire team receive brand new weekly workouts, fit tips and nutrition advice! All will be conveniently delivered online to each team member, personally from their team’s very own cheer fitness trainer.

This program is a convenient and affordable workout solution with emphasis on fitness principles, pertaining exclusively to cheerleaders!

So, you want your team to be the best but your expertise is coaching – leave the fitness ‘stuff’ to us.  Our team of elite cheerleaders and fitness experts understand your cheer needs and the fitness exercises to get there. Each week, your online cheer fitness coach will send you and your entire team a brand new workout complete with  step-by-step workout videos and workouts logs to track your progress.

PERSONAL FITNESS COACH

Your squad practices for hours, hits every stunt and is solid, but yet when it is go time – you cringe watching them fall apart stunt after stunt. Sound familiar? Instead of getting frustrated of the same old, same old – check in weekly with your personal team trainer to review and get advice. These 1-on-1 sessions (phone or skype with coaches or captains) are your time to ask questions and get the fit tips your team needs.

WEEKLY MOTIVATION

Feeling frustrated because you want to help your team – but after hours of practice, you are not sure what else to tell them to help progress their stunts and advance skills? The answer ins’t more practice – it is to practice smarter. Get all the fit tips, weekly motivation and nutrition advice you need to take your team to the top.

With so much to do and never enough practice time to get it done, leave scheduling in a workout routine up to us. We have broken down each day of the week for you so that your team as a calendar to follow and breakdown of what exercise to do, how often and how many reps.
