Happy #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY and almost Thanksgiving! Wow, what perfect timing for a workout Wednesday!!
Here at cheerFIT, Thanksgiving truly is one of our favorite holidays. Between hanging with the fam’, getting into that holiday spirit and eating great food, it’s pretty darn awesome!
Ah but yes, I know Thanksgiving is also a notorious time for the famous ‘food coma’ and turkey overload, which is exactly why this week’s #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY is focused on getting in that pre-turkey burn and tips for giving thanks by saying NO thanks to that second helping!
So gather your friends and family and join us – it’s #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY time!
We’ve got 4 main exercises that I want you to complete for 60 seconds each and repeat the circuit 3 times.
FLYING LIKE A TURKEY
SIDE TO SIDE BURPEE JUMP
SQUAT HOLD – TURKEY TOSS
PLANK JACK
