FRUSTRATED BECAUSE YOU JUST CAN’T SHAKE THAT MENTAL BLOCK?

Hey there and welcome back to another cheerFIT weekly workout! This week, I want to focus on a question I get all the time – and I bet there has been a point where you have struggled from this too.

Have you ever been stuck trying to overcome that dreaded mental block? I know, it can be very frustrating when you know  you can stick that back handspring, tuck or full – but yet you just can’t get over that mental block. Well ..that is until now!

Follow along with my favorite exercises to help you strengthen both mentally and physically.

So with that my #fitfriends – brings us to this week’s #workoutwednesday!

Follow along and let’s get started! This week’s exercise lineup includes:

  • Turkish Get Ups
  • Inchworm Push Ups
  • Jump Squats
  • Cat Dog Balances

Complete each exercise for 10 reps and repeat 2 times. Super Important: as you do each exercise focus on reaching those goals!
